Spruce Ridge Guest Cabin will best accommodate a couple with its queen-sized pillowtop bed with luxurious soft sheets, or a family of with two small children.
Minimum age to rent is 24 years old.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Please notify us if arriving later than 9 p.m. Please note we are very difficult to find in the dark. Our nearest single neighbor is 1 mile away.
Check-out time is 11a.m.
Well-behaved children are welcome but must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Children must never be left alone at the cabin or on the ranch property.
For safety reasons, candles are not permitted in the cabin.
We have llamas. For this reason no animals, including service dogs, are allowed.

2024 Rates
For 2024, $169/night +7.55% tax based on 2 people; $10 each additional person up to 4 total.2 Nights Minimum.
Weekly rates, $1,005.55 for 1-2 people plus 7.55% tax.
Monthly rates, $2.507.96 plus 7.55% tax for 1-2 people.

Reservations
Reservations must be secured with a check or PayPal for 25% of the total. The balance is due upon arrival for the total amount minus your deposit. Cash or check is always appreciated.
Cancellations of 30 days or more are refunded less $30. No refunds if cancellations are less than 21 days or you end your visit early.
You can also make a reservation through VRBO.com (vrbo.com/89314) but you will pay a service and other fees.

No Smoking Policy
This policy is strictly enforced. We will not tolerate smoking or vaping in or outside the cabin. You will be asked to leave immediately and your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation period. If you smoke inside the cabin there will be an additional fee of $500 for downtime to have the cabin professionally steam cleaned. There is no smoking or vaping outside the cabin due to fire danger in our dry climate, and litter from cigarettes.
No Pets Policy
This policy is strictly enforced. No pets are allowed, including companion animals, as unfamiliar pets are not welcomed by our llamas. There will be an additional fee of $500 for cabin downtime to have the entire cabin professionally cleaned.
